Backyard Casual's Store Policies and Terms Page

Payment - We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout process.  We also accept payments through PayPal (account is not required) or Google Checkout.  For purchases exceeding $1,500.00, please use either PayPal or Google Checkout as your form of payment.   Your shopping cart is secured by DigiCert.

Shipping -  Casual Living Unlimited poly lumber outdoor furniture products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in Lancaster, PA.  You will receive an e-mail with an expected ship date. During the Spring and Summer ship times can run as long as 5 weeks.  Your furniture is made specifically for you based on your order.  You will be notified when your purchase ships and you will be provided a tracking number.  Shipping is by UPS.  

Returns and Refunds -  Customer preference returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item to the Casual Living factory.  If you decide to cancel your order once it has gone into the production phase, there will be a 25% restock fee.  This is Casual Living Products Unlimited policy.    Refunds will be made by method of purchase for cost of goods less the 25% restocking fee mentioned above.   In the event of a manufacturing defect or if goods are damaged in transit, contact Backyard Casual for instructions. 

Privacy Policy - Backyard Casual  respects each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here.  This statement applies solely to the Backyard Casual website.

    The information we collect is:

        * used to notify visitors about updates to our web site,
        * used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
        * never shared with other organizations.

    This site does not collect cookies.

    Registration is not required to enter our site.

    We do have an order form.  The order form requires:
 
        * contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and 

        * certain financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.

    This information is used in order processing and in contacting  our customer with information as to that order.

    We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.

      We do not operate online surveys.

    If there are changes to this privacy policy they will be posted here.

    Conflict Resolution - Backyard Casual is committed to your complete satisfaction but realizes from time to time, problems will occur.  We make every effort to resolve problems within 24-48 hours.  If our customers have a problem they may contact us by:
