Payment - Payment is through PayPal (account is not required) or Google Checkout and all major credit cards are accepted. Your shopping cart is secured by DigiCert!
Shipping - Casual Living Unlimited Products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer in Lancaster, PA. We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner; however, if for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date. You will be notified when your purchase ships and you will be provided a tracking number. Shipping is by UPS. Normal shipping time is 10-14 days.
Returns and Refunds - Customer preference returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item to the Casual Living factory. This is Casual Living Products Unlimited return policy. Refunds will be made by method of purchase for cost of goods less the 25% restocking fee mentioned above. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if goods are damaged in transit, contact Backyard Casual for return instructions.
Privacy Policy - Backyard Casual respects each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here. This statement applies solely to the Backyard Casual website.
The information we collect is:

* used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
* never shared with other organizations.
This site does not collect cookies.
Registration is not required to enter our site.
We do have an order form. The order form requires:
* contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and

This information is used in order processing and in contacting our customer with information as to that order.
We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.
We do not operate online surveys.
